MCZ GROUP S.p.a. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") performs data processing activities relating to persons contacting the same Company for the purpose of requesting technical assistance, including after-sales assistance. Please note, therefore, that your data contained in the form you voluntarily filled out, are acquired and processed in paper form and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic media solely for the purpose of providing the information requested.

. The provision of data in the fields marked with an asterisk is compulsory and failure to provide such data will make it impossible to process your request for assistance. On the other hand, the provision of the data in the fields not marked with an asterisk, although it may be useful to facilitate relations with the Company, is optional and failure to provide such data will not prejudice the provision of the services requested with this form.

. The data acquired will be processed

1. without your express consent exclusively for the purpose of processing your request for information, providing technical assistance and exercising the rights of the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as "Service Purposes"). In relation to such purposes, your consent is not required because the processing of the data is necessary to provide the requested Services or to comply with legal obligations
2. only after your specific and distinct consent to send, also by automated means, advertising material, commercial information and information, opinion and satisfaction surveys, newsletters and/or invitations to events of which the Data Controller is a party or the organiser (hereinafter referred to as "Promotional Purposes");

The data will be processed:

• for Service Purposes even after the intervention of technical assistance for the fulfilment of all possible fulfilments connected with or deriving from the request for assistance for the period of time prescribed by the laws in force from time to time and according to the period of prescription of the rights,
• for Promotional Purposes for 24 months from the last communication, after which your data will be deleted unless you first revoke your consent.

The data will be processed exclusively by the personnel and collaborators of the Company or the companies expressly appointed as data processors. Apart from these cases, the data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated, except in cases specifically provided for by national or European Union law.

The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Relatively to all personal data processed, you may exercise your rights under Art. With regard to all personal data processed, you may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation (right of access, rectification, cancellation or restriction, opposition and portability of data) within the limits and under the conditions laid down therein.
